1) Use your battery drill.
2) Slip a Zip-Ez™ all-purpose fastener over a screw.
3) Shoot it through with your drill.
Note: Extreme over-torquing may cause cracking.

1) To install duct wrap or fiber-free reflective insulation with Zip-Ez™, wrap the ductwork or wrap around the trunk duct.
2) Leave a 2" overlap where the ends meet.
3) Secure with Zip-Ez™ fastener, covering the overlapping edges.
4) For best results, use a Zip-Ez™ fastener every 8-12 inches. This will secure the wrap permanently!
Note: For wrap thicker than 1.5 inches, use Zip-Ez™ face down.

1) Pull back jacket and insulation from the core. Slide at least 1" of core over collar, pipe or fitting.
2) Tape core with at least 2 wraps of duct tape.
3) Secure with 2 or more Zip-Ez™ fasteners.
4) Pull jacket and insulation back over core.
5) Secure with 2 or more Zip-Ez™ fasteners. Typical installation would be inner core 12 and 6 o’clock, outer jacket 3 and 9 o’clock.

Each bag of Zip-Ez™ fasteners weighs 1.87 pounds and contains approximately 250 pieces. This patented product is manufactured in the USA from UL listed materials.
